Will the actors really be live or am I just watching a video recording?
This is live theatre! The actors will be performing while you are watching. This is as close to the traditional live theatre experience as you can get.
However in the event of technical difficult we reserve the right to play the previous recorded show.
Can I watch the show whenever I want?
The ticket you purchase will be for a single live performance. You will need to log in at the performance date and time to see the show. You will not have the option of watching it later. This is the magic of live theatre!
Do I need a ticket for each person who is watching the show?
Your ticket is for a single performance on a single device. So if you are watching together with family or friends, you only need to purchase one ticket. If there are multiple people who will be viewing on their own devices, then you will need a ticket for each device.
How do I access the show?
Once you purchase your ticket online, you will receive an e-mail with your StreamPass link. This link is unique to your order and will only work for the specific performance you selected. When it is time for the performance, click on the StreamPass link and you will be taken into the virtual lobby. The show will begin at 8:00pm, just sit back and enjoy!
Do I need to download an app or other special software to view the show?
Nope! All you need is a solid internet connection and your StreamPass link.
What types of devices can I use to view the show?
Any device with a screen and a solid internet connection will work. Phones, tablets, laptops, desktops, smart TVs- all you need is the internet and your StreamPass link.
What is the running time for this production? Is there an intermission?
There is no intermission, but there are 1-2 minutes pause we never know!
Will there be a recording available?
No, this production will only be available for live viewing.
Can I pause the show?
Nope. We are trying to offer an experience as close to live theatre as possible, so the show will be performed live in real time. There will not be any option to pause/rewind.
I’m being asked to create a BookTix account in order to purchase tickets. Do I really have to do this?
Yes, a BookTix account is required to purchase tickets to this event. The account ensures that your payment data is properly secured and ensures that the Patron Support team can help you if you lose your link or need to change your reservation.
What do I do if I never received my StreamPass link or I lost the e-mail?
Contact Patron Support by e-mailing Help@Booktix.com. Include your name, the e-mail address that you used when registering, and the name of the organization (Fremont Community Theatre) and they will re-send the link.
