Thank you to all who chose to give to FCT on #GivingTuesday 2015!
“We have a day for giving thanks. We have two for getting deals. Now, we have #GivingTuesday, a global day dedicated to giving back. On Tuesday, December 1, 2015, charities, families, businesses, community centers, and students around the world will come together for one common purpose: to celebrate generosity and to give.
It’s a simple idea. Just find a way for your family, your community, your company or your organization to come together to give something more. Then tell everyone you can about how you are giving. Join us and be a part of a global celebration of a new tradition of generosity.” givingtuesday.org
Last year, we set a goal of $1,500.00 last year, and raised more than $1,600.00 in less than 24 hours, with a $500.00 matching employer payment coming in the following month. This was by far the most successful fundraising drive FCT has had in years.
So we’re doing it again! This year, on December 1, 2015, we ask that you please consider donating to FCT as part of your way to give back. We are proud to be “more than a stage in your life” and hope that we can continue to be so in the future! All donations dated December 1, 2015 will count toward our fundraising efforts that day, whether by check or credit card. We’d like very much to at least match last year’s giving!
Feel free to donate using the button below, or by sending a check made out to Fremont Community Theatre (Fremont Community Teen Theatre or Fremont Community Youth Theatre, if you wish to support the kids), dated December 1, 2015. We appreciate your giving!
